There are a lot of diet plans to choose from, which can benefit you somehow. There are diet plans which need you to limit the consumption of coffee, tea, and other beverages, while other diet plans require you to only eat green and leafy vegetables and avoid all kinds of meat. Though there are many different diet plans, they all accomplish a particular goal: to make your body healthy and fit.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Among the different diet plans, the most common is the low fat diet plan, which requires you to lessen the consumption of fatty content just to 30%. Not only does it aid you lose a few pounds, it also helps in reducing the risk of heart disease and other heart related issues (according to the American Heart Association).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
This plan mostly consists of eating cereals and other whole-grain food coupled with natural fruit juice for breakfast, veggies (preferably green and leafy) and bread on lunch, and meat, albeit a small portion, as well as vegetables and fruit juices on dinner.
